Under the purchase agreement the French strategic investor acquired a majority stake in Klickkonzept GmbH. Klickkonzept GmbH is a German company specializing in internet marketing, present on the market since 2011. Its portfolio covers among others SEO, SEA, Social Media Marketing, E-Mail Marketing and CRO.
The scope of JP Weber advisory services included comprehensive support for the transaction process, particularly: transaction structuring (earn – out model) and implementation, coordination of the due diligence process, negotiations as well as support in preparing an investment agreement and accompanying documents. The JP Weber transaction team on the project was led by Gregor Piechowiak, Managing Partner - Head of M&A department at JP Weber and Piotr Dalak, ACA - Associate Partner responsible for Transaction Advisory Services at JP Weber, supported by Kamil Olejnik - Business Advisor at JP Weber.
