Fifteen months after the announcement of the competition and eight months after the negotiation of the investment agreement, the public partner Arena Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. signed the agreement with PFI Future S.A. The advisor of PFI Future in the process of negotiating the investment agreement was JP Weber, under the coordination of Mr Marcin Dudarski, PhD. The JP Weber team provided comprehensive legal, transactional and business support.
This investment will be one of the largest public-private investments carried out in Poland. It will strengthen the tourist offer of the Pomorskie (Pomerania) Province and will be a significant point of supra-regional attractions on the map of Poland.
Nautilus Gdańsk will be another building of the series of leisure facilities called “WATER WORLDS – a source of positive emotions”. It will allow visitors to travel for a few hours to interesting and mysterious parts of South America, where they will be able to get to know the fauna and flora of various parts of the continent. This multifunctional and educational facility, built together with Arena Gdańsk Sp. z o.o., will be a landmark not only on the map of Poland, but also in this part of Europe, and will quickly become a tourist engine of Gdańsk, as well as of the entire coastline. For the citizens of Gdańsk, as well as the tourists, Nautilus Gdańsk will provide, above all, a positive dose of solar energy and the opportunity to look into the underwater world, including the land of the Amazonia. Nautilus will be a tourist attraction 365 days a year, regardless of the weather or season. Thus, the facility will be a response to the tourist, entertainment and educational needs of both the citizens and all tourists. Thanks to the Hotel and the medical Gallery, the facility will also provide service for a new tourist stream of a business and medicine on the same day.
