Adam has been in charge of the Immigration Law department at JP Weber for 3 years. As a leader of the Immigration department, he, along with his team, advises entrepreneurs intending to employ third-country citizens in Poland on any matters related to the legalisation of work or the stay of foreigners in Poland by finding the best legal solutions tailored to client’s needs. As part of his practice, Adam has been running projects for JP Weber’s clients related to, inter alia, the short-term expatriation of foreign employees, the legalisation of highly-qualified employees’ stay, the regulation of the status of foreigners who are Management Board members for Polish businesses or the expatriation of foreigners employed in Poland to work in other EU states. On a regular basis, Adam conducts training and business meetings for corporate representatives interested in the subject of hiring a foreigner.
Before joining JP Weber, Adam gained experience in one of the international FMCG companies and legal offices.
