A graduate of the School of Management and Banking in Poznań in Accounting, of post-graduate studies in Accounting and Tax Audit, and of International Financial Reporting Standards at Kozminsky University in Warsaw. At JP Weber, Ms Czop manages the HR and Accounting department and coordinates interdisciplinary projects, including financial due diligence. Her key competence areas include: ongoing bookkeeping for commercial companies, tax and financial reviews of companies' books, the organisation of commercial companies' bookkeeping, and financial and statutory reporting for controlling purposes. She is a member of Smart Tech – an interdisciplinary team which provides solutions for the IT sector. She is also the holder of a certificate issued by the Minister of Finance authorising her to render bookkeeping services.
