A tax advisor, and an expert in transactional advisory and ongoing tax advisory services, Zbigniew has 10-years of experience in tax advisory gained while working for EY – a consulting company, as well as such companies as Danwind, Work Service S.A., and  Bridgestone. In his professional career, Zbigniew has conducted numerous M&A projects, taken part in reorganisation processes and overseen cross-border tax projects. He has also overseen the building of tax and finance strategies for businesses. At JP Weber, Zbigniew manages a team of transactional and M&A services, coordinates due diligence processes and comprehensively supports any and all aspects of tax transactions.

Zbigniew is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University and the WSB University in Poznań. He is also the holder of a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting as well as an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT).
