Director at JP Weber in the Transaction Advisory department, responsible for due diligence projects, obtaining financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Iwona has coordinated a total of over 50 domestic and international transaction processes in industries hailing from the IT, e-marketing, e-marketing, e-commerce, recycling, manufacturing, and food sectors. She has predominantly been in charge of the comprehensive processes of attracting strategic and capital investors, including obtaining financing in the form of private and public offerings directed at the stock exchange market, as well as building business development strategies of companies intending to attract new investors. Iwona is a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań in Finance and Banking, as well as of post-graduate studies specialising in Real Estate Appraising at the University of Economics in Katowice. She is also the holder of the Certified Advisor in the Alternative Trading System designation.
