Mateusz has over 5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and private equity gained while working for such companies as PwC, Santander Bank, and Nextline Search Fund. In his professional career, he has taken part in valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and debt financing projects in such sectors as healthcare, IT, manufacturing, and the business services sector. At JP Weber, Mateusz is in charge of mergers and acquisitions, and devising financial models and analyses as part of transaction advisory services.
Mateusz earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Wrocław University of Economics in Finance and Accounting, and a Master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is the holder of a stockbroker licence (no. 3116) and is thus authorised to render investment advisory services.
