Piotr has over 10 years of professional experience in Transaction Advisory Services. In his career, he has advised clients on both acquisitions and divestitures. He has conducted over 100 transactions in various sectors, including IT, online services, manufacturing, the food and beverage industry, agriculture, financial services, real estate, and the energy sector. At JP Weber, he leads the Transaction Advisory team which supports clients as regards due diligence, transaction structuring, and M&A projects. He also provides advisory services in formulating the financial terms and conditions of share purchase agreements as well as post-transaction integration. Piotr collaborates with the Eight International global organisation, co-founded by JP Weber, in executing joint cross-border projects. He graduated from the University of Birmingham in the UK with a diploma in Economics with the Japanese language. He is a Qualified Associate Chartered Accountant (and a member of ICAEW in the UK since 2014) and also holds a UK Audit Qualification.
