An attorney at law, the holder of a Doctor of Law degree and an expert in corporate legal advising especially in civil law, commercial law, corporate law, and compliance law. Rafał has 16 years of experience gained while working on various projects in Poland and abroad. As Associate Partner for JP Weber, he is in charge of managing projects as regards ongoing legal services for enterprises. As part of JP Weber’s Transaction Advisory projects, he coordinates legal due diligence in terms of contract law, labour law and corporate law, as well as legal proceedings. He is a member of Smart Tech – an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive solutions for the IT sector. 

Rafał graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, the School of German Law at Humboldt University in Berlin and is also the holder of the Certified Compliance Officer designation. A speaker at lectures and thematic conferences on multiple occasions, and is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław and the University of Economics. He was a scholarship holder at the Kościuszko Foundation and Public Interest Law Institute.
