Co-founder and Managing Partner at JP Weber, Mr Piechowiak is an expert in investments as well as mergers and acquisitions with 20-years of professional experience in cross-border transactions. He is also a Management Board member of Eight International – a global advisory organisation, co-founded by JP Weber, which provides solutions to businesses, investment funds, and banks in terms of transactions, restructuring, and operational transformation. At JP Weber, he leads the Transaction and M&A team which provides comprehensive services to clients as regards Polish and international business transactions, MBOs, due diligence, and financing. He has conducted over 100 transactions for various industries hailing from the manufacturing as well as the automotive, IT, services and commercial sectors. He has also advised stock-exchange-listed companies in terms of foreign acquisition processes and has supported financial and Family Office investors in investment projects. As part of M&A Worldwide, he manages the international Automotive Group and conducts joint cross-border M&A projects. 

Grzegorz studied in Wurzburg and Jena, where he graduated in Finance and Controlling. In his professional career, he has taken part in numerous international projects in the USA. For a number of years, he managed BrainNet Management Consultants – a European economic consulting company acquired by KPMG in 2012.
