Izabela has 8 years of professional experience gained while working for both Polish and international advisory companies in Poland. She has been an attorney at law since 2018. At JP Weber, she is responsible for, in particular, providing legal and corporate advisory services in mergers and acquisitions processes and conducting legal due diligence. She has taken part in dozens of M&A transactions conducted for Polish and foreign businesses. As part of an ongoing service, she assists clients as regards company law and contract law. Izabela is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
