As part of the project, the JP Weber team—comprising Tomasz Sadurski, Partner, and Piotr Buras, Manager, and led by Piotr Dalak, ACA – Partner responsible for the transaction advisory division—conducted a comprehensive due diligence review of both companies. The scope included financial analysis as well as HR-related matters. The work focused on identifying key risks and developing recommendations to support investment decision-making.

The acquisition of LTEC will enable the company to offer a broader range of advanced, complementary services and further strengthen its position in the building solutions market.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to the fulfillment of standard regulatory conditions, including obtaining antitrust clearance from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
