JP Weber's support at the current stage of the investment included negotiating a contract with Prochem for the design and acting as general contractor for the construction of a plant producing lithium-ion battery components for electric cars in Kedzierzyn-Kozle.
JP Weber has been advising the Korean Foosung concern since the very beginning of the investment. The advisors cooperated with the investor already at the stage of business and legal analyses confirming the choice of Poland as the location for the investment in Europe, as well as in the preparation of recommendations on available forms of public support for the investment, as a result of which Foosung received a grant of PLN 11 million as part of the Programme for the Support of Investments of Significant Importance to the Polish Economy for 2011-2030.
