Our experts

Marcin has years of experience in the structured financing of commercial, industrial, and office real estate. He has been employed, inter alia, by  Raiffeisen - Leasing Polska and PKO Leasing. In his 18 years of employment, he has taken part in over 80 transactions of real estate financing, totalling a value of several hundred million Polish zloty. At JP Weber, he is in charge of fund-raising projects and transaction advisory services. His main areas of expertise encompass the obtaining of structured financing, devising forecasts, and financial and market analyses.

He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking; he is also a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology in real estate valuation and management.
