An attorney at law and a graduate of the English-speaking studies entitled Master in Corporate Finance at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics and International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław. Michał has over 10 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to foreign clients hailing from such sectors as manufacturing, real estate, and IT. He specialises in providing advisory services on commercial companies law and contract law. He has taken part in a number of transformation processes, mergers, and liquidations of commercial companies. He represents JP Weber’s domestic and foreign clients during trade negotiations, as well as before courts, public administrative bodies, and at Shareholders’ Meetings.
