Miroslaw is an experienced expert with over seven years of experience in conducting academic and market research. His deep commitment to research is confirmed by his academic position at the Warsaw School of Economics. There, he not only conducts advanced research, but also shares his knowledge with students at various educational levels, from master's to postgraduate to MBA programmes.

His academic achievements include a completed PhD thesis (in wait of defence) on technology transfer in public universities in Poland. In addition, Miroslaw has authored and co-authored a number of academic publications on management and business analysis, which have been published in reputable journals and academic sources. His experience in research and analysis, combined with his practical approach to management, makes him an expert in process optimisation and market analysis.
